    Morning all :)

Re cheap houses - Our house that we bought ( wasnt really a house just four walls, no roof, no floor, windows or doors) and 50 acres of land for 36 grand. Built a totally new house and have recouped the 36 grand and much more by renting out the land each season  :money:

We have never had a mortgage since we moved to Scotland

There are cheap plots of land still available.

I soo admire your initiative. I would love to do something similar but I do like my home comforts a little too much :(

Good morning Elite. That big yellow ball has come out to play in the blue sky again this morning.

No way I can catch up on 20 pages!

Bit of work to do first thing, then might fit in some weeding and some ironing too. Unfortunately ironing is a must :(
