Put porridge in a bowl the night before and scald with boiling water.

Then just heat up with a little milk the next morning

I am going to re-start the 5:2 next week. Got a really bad case of hayfever and I just feel awful. I'm not actually eating anything so maybe this is my 7:0 week.
