Put porridge in a bowl the night before and scald with boiling water.

I ask because up until today if I went to the monte on line it showed as in the meal deal even though if you went to meal deal section it did not (on line)Call_of_Trouty wrote: »Yes it's £5.19 in M's, it hasn't shown on t.com for a while but still goes through with the meal deal.

Hi my little cherub. I'm here. I posted this morning. How are you?
I am going to re-start the 5:2 next week. Got a really bad case of hayfever and I just feel awful. I'm not actually eating anything so maybe this is my 7:0 week. Managed to get to the gym this morning though so hopefully burning off more fat. I did weigh myself and I am back to my normal weight before I started so I guess that extra poundage has gone again. Woohoo!
If you go to a Boots store, be sure to check the kiddie section / clearance stand. I saw shed loads of things on there including dummies, bottles, cleaner sets etc.
This is going to sound super dumb, but the tic tacs and bits and bobs, are they in Extras or Expresses? I might get chance to have a look tomorrow so just want to make sure I am going to the right place.
PS. Hope everyone is OK. I'm been skipping a lot as there are far too many pages to read through!
both I managed to find 3 tic tacs and some wine gums in my extra There comes a time in every woman's life when the only thing that helps is a glass of champagne ...
