Just had an unexpected result
I complained to scotrail about being sold the wrong type of ticket (anytime as opposed to off peak). I was only looking for a refund of the £1 difference but they are giving me £5
The cherry on top? It took them more than their promised 7 days to respond and so i've got an additional £5 voucher for that :money:
