This is just the kick I need qoc. I am weighing tomorrow morning and if I have not put on it will be a miracle as I have had 2 chinese carryouts this week and far too many treats on non fast days. I have just gone and held jars of jam in each hand to remind myself how much even 2lb would be and to think how many of those I need to lose. That has been enough to motivate me for this week no matter what the first weigh in says. So thank you
