Savvy, What is an ocean mini?

    (if the link works!)

Elsewhere, unfortunately it's the 50 sheets per roll Kitchen Roll that's comparing correctly vs M on that earlier womble, rather than the 100 sheets glitching. I've amended my earlier post - we've had Kitchen Roll packs at 30p each anyway, so this may be one too much...nonetheless I haven't seen the 100 sheet ones (in 2s) tested - so that remains open to any reckless risktakers:rotfl:...

Oh, hello again by the way!!:)

I've just weighed myself and, inspite of my initial doubts and tny losses, I seem to have lost 2 lbs - I am very happy with that and am now munching my way through a whoopsied hot cross bun with a very little home made butter as my REWARD. I did the 4:3.

I'm going to start the coming week with Monday as my first fast day and am going to weigh on Monday morning rather than continuing from tonights weight. Its only the weight loss that matters not the starting weight so it will still be accurate. I will also stick to 4:3 as that seems to work for me.

Thanks for all the advice/help and encouragement.

Finally got the chance to catch up :D

Whole day spent in the kitchen, but have transformed a large amount of my freezer whoopsies stash into 5 fish pies, 12 portions of risotto for the boys and 6 portions of chicken stew cookgrin.gif Makes things a bit easier for my sister this week as all my appts are at teatime.

When I nipped to Ts this morning there were a fair few more 'Price cut' items in our indian/oriental/italian food aisle, tinned fish, spirits/liquers, tools and partyware. Know these will be store specific but may indicate which areas are changing stock. I picked up some Sacla aubergine pesto for 52p and Veetee microwave basmati rice for 38p. They had restocked the baby moisturising bubble bath so would have been rude not to get 3 more of those too for 54p :D

So now I'm enjoying my freebie Brothers cider (toffee apple flavour - not sure yet :p) and plan to stay with my feet up for the rest of the evening

Don't forget about the Magic Postbox app daily. I won another set of Bo Vida earrings today, the pic of these shows pearl ones this time :)
♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥

Nothing much more to say, so goodbye again:(:rotfl::rotfl::):).

    Diet post coming up......!

To put an MSE spin on this, what does everyone think about putting away £1 for every lb you lose, until you reach your target?

To keep yourself motivated on days when you don't feel it so much, keep a chain of paper clips in your purse or bag or wherever you want. One for every half a pound, they soon mount up!

Set yourself mini targets to treat yourself as you go along. Maybe every 7lbs, buy yourself a new nail varnish or top or pair of shoes or something else you would like. Losing weight is hard work. Keep yourself motivated by having mini rewards very now and again

You are being a great motivator, QoC.:T:T:T
