    Hi everyone :hello:

Been doing silly shifts at work, won't be here long as have to be up early, just wanted to check in and say hi, hope everyone is ok, have I missed much?

Some glitching(?) on kitchen rolls in A, now gone! Some half-price glitching in T, but seems shortlived and only in one T store, a long way away from you. Bit of glitching vs M on lollies/cones and shampoo + L'oreal Mousses; also mispriced Muller multipacks possibly (v. good vs M). That - including hopefully the mispriced Mullers if your store is also slow to change its SEL - will with any luck still be on tomorrow if you finish with enough time before 4pm.

Well I thought it was a bit late in the day to look for wombles, but outside my Sada was like a city centre at 5am after the nightclubbers have gone home:):T. I'm more liking the smaller receipts, as not only after they immediately enter-able but one of them has some alcohol on. And a couple of individual Mullers - why did they go for those ones?

I went off track half-way through though - walked into the store and then started looking at Muller Crunch Biscuit Variety, on the SEL at £2 but £3.88 vs £1.94 M - so would be £2 gift card (making it free) and then about another couple of quid back (being paid £2 to take it away). Went round, another frozen item and trigger, to do an impromptu M shop from memory, then a Dove 350 and other item Herbal Essences 400ml (T and S £1.89 but also £1.89 in M, and going to risk it being one of that M had). Even had a flump and white mouse ready. Then... remembered I had only a few quid cash and no APGs (as only going for wombling and not buying, unless the kitchen rolls were still 30p). Hoping the wombles pay for the petrol cost;).

So I put the lot back. With any luck the store still won't have changed the SEL tomorrow (might be in luck). Colleague saw me, at the end, putting the shampoo back and commented 'we don't normally have people putting it back'.

:rotfl::rotfl:Lol! - I then said I'd forgotten most of my money... and she took me off to the Herbal Essences 200ml at £1.00!! Must have thought I was intending very bad purchases of £3.88 or thereabouts (I thought, but didn't tell her, I had the competitor's prices in mind:rotfl:). Of course I was totally disinterested in the £1.00 ones (would only have bought them in Sains, or T, vs A - but clearly I would never match the £1 price as the £3.88(?) ones are cheaper - £2.00 for 200ml x2 or £1.89 less 10% on a 400ml, plus the extra from the trigger helping). She left and I scuttled away and left the store with nothing.

And, reluctant to go on about what follows as I don't want to keep on about it, but I see only FC is here:rotfl:at this time anyway - I suspect this was one of the benefits I have. As an Aspergerian (or perhaps a former Aspergerian, as one of the diagnostic manuals has reclassified it now), I most likely don't follow, or have, any of the body language expressions that the vast majority of people have. So, while I was totally disinterested, I suspect my expression (totally unthought of and not planned by myself) gave any impression other than me being disinterested. The same thing that I suspect partly explains why I've never had any success asking for DTD at T, might have been a benefit here:). The three enter-able wombles coming up... (or maybe fewer if some of them give nothing of interest).
we are special on here aren't we savvy, if you tell ANYONE we only buy products in asda that are more expensive in there they would think we are mad.

I wouldn't have put it that way if I'd told her - I'd have said I was a Price Guarantee shopper and looking to the prices of the rivals behind what was on the shelf!:D

Second one - they were obviously watching what they spent in A:(. [...]

:rotfl:I was about to describe this person as "savvy" - and perhaps they were if they were only buying items on which A was a lot more than 10% lower (and elsewhere would only give a price match - losing a few CC or Nectar points is hardly un-savvy). But there's also - arguably - the more savvy shopper. And that's us - ten per cent of elsewhere's cheaper prices:rotfl::rotfl::D (and glitches on top - way more savvy). And savvy enough that we don't always fall for those 'savvy' buys on msm! They can be savvy, but also quite often they are not (especially the £1 ones in A, where 10% off rival's now expired offer, same price low, was cheaper than the price of A now labelled as "Savvy"). E.g. 'savvy' buy on Adidas Game Body Spray showing on msm for A. A £1.00. But - not savvy after all? And...we can't find a better deal??? M 98p straight, A vs M working out (we hope;)) a bit cheaper than the 'savvy' £1.00.
