    My response to the highlights in the order in which they appear:
    (1) I agree with you on that.
    (2) It's just something I noticed over the last few weeks.
    (3) No offence taken - for that, I'd have to have taken an emotional reaction to it but I didn't.
    (4) :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Thanks.

    (As for meaningless and pointless, I don't myself get time to thank (or even read:eek:) every single post, though I do do occasional catch-ups and sometimes thank posts then, if they particularly stand out. I guess I'd be the one to do some really psychological in-depth research into why people thank what they have, or don't thank what they don't, and do some detailed number-crunching and statistical analysis of the whole thing! You know (if you've been here for some time) that I don't get time to press 'thank you' all the time - and, as David. told me some time ago (and I'd agree, same goes for me), he'd rather have the info. I provide than a thank you from me every time.)
    savvy when I thank posts depends on 2 main things.
    1. if i'm on iphone I tend not to as i'm pretty useless with smart phones.
    2. depending on my fluid intake.

    ie when I come in on a Saturday or Friday night , i'm normally too hissed to remember to thank posts.
    but you are a valued member of the elite:)

    and if you quote me I know having Friday and Saturday round the wrong way will erm compel you to point it out lol.

    AvM

    1 x Walkers French Fries Variety (14) £3.50 £1.79 :eek:

    Cheers:beer:. Nearly saw that as Av T and thought "M are the same", then I realised it said Av M. Does that :eek: mean the price for M (even with 10% off?) is too high?

    I am fully aware of the £1.79 crisps in M but reason they are not on my list is I am not considering 10% off £1.79 to be very good for 14 pack of crisps! There's much much better than that. (Such as the 6 packs, if we could have got them to glitch on multibuying, which were previously on offer but from which the offer has now moved, and onto these 14 pack - which are still a much higher price per unit than the now expired offer on the 6s.) My view is 'avoid' this 14 pack one.

    Ten per cent off £1.79 for 14 pack crisps/french fries. Or 12 pack (Discos) for £1.00 previously on Tvs A recently? 8.333...p per pack on the Discos, or 11.5p/pack on the 14pk fries (after the 10% has been taken off). You decide..

    [QUOTE=Savvybuyer;61991215)

    David. - as for yourself, and others who have an A a few minutes away from them, I'd have thought you could use the shopping style of vs T glitch items (herbs, potatoes etc.) for example or do Avs M and buy from the M list when in A. For those (outside Northern Ireland - there I go again:rotfl:), for those who do not have an M nearby (wanting to repeat the NI bit again, just consider that exclusion implied in what I say next) - for those of you without an M nearby, but who have an A, you can of course use the Morries items shopping in A. You do not need a store near you to compare to it (unless you're in Northern Ireland and it's M or W). So, if you're in GB, your nearest M may be hundreds of miles away - but you can still use the nearby A if you have one! (And you can rely on my price-taking from M stores nearby me, that you do not have available:T:T:rotfl::D):j

    But bear in mind the N/A situation too:(.[/QUOTE]

    I've used highlight Savvy as this is exactly how I should. Sometimes I do, sometimes not, if I forget myself (which happens quite often) too often at times :o

    ok I'm going to go out now, see what I can find. Enjoy the evening, see you tomorrow all x
    There's no place like home :)

    Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

    Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

    Depending on my idle moment. (I just click on 'thank you's occasionally if I am just relaxing and idly looking at the thread.)
