If anyone's near Cdf Bay A's. I just got Persil Small and Mighty 54 wash bottle for £4. SEL says £4 but got charged £6. I pointed it out to lady working the SS tills and she sorted it out. Know I could have got a giftcard for the overcharge but I didn't have time. Still 3 or 4 bottles when I left and the next person can get the g/c for the overcharge too cos I think the lady was too busy to do anything with the SEL.

the 2 for £5 is not coming off at till instead they go thru at £3.88 each - gift card time:D:D

Good afternoon all!:) I've been making the most of the seasonal weather (before we're supposed to be getting the unseasonal(?) rain tomorrow).

I just thought I'd give a 'random' extract from the M list:

    Muller Rice Strawberry & Original (6x190g)/Raspberry & Apple (6x190g)
    £3.88/Any 2 for £5.00 £1.94 (until 14/7) (vs M)
Reinstated as offer now extended. Very good if multis go?

Sorry Patty - no good for you but people in the rest of the UK should try. (Do we know if the M price is being picked up on this Rasp & Apple multipack?) People in N.I. unfortunately revert to a comparison vs 10% off T's or S's 2 for £5.

Are A still giving gift cards for charges that don't match the SELs?

"Very good" if multis go? Nay, excellent, excellent, excellent:rotfl::j:j:D:D:D.

    Who's been removing posts then?

I've not been removing posts, although I have been removing (crossing out) a very small number of items from my M list, as I've now found them cheaper elsewhere. As I'll explain (in depth:rotfl::o) shortly, it's not comparison items being removed to compare against a different major supermarket, but more the odd one or two (probably a lot fewer items than many people think) that work out better, at straight prices, from one of the 'discounters'.

    Afternoon lovelies :)
    Hope everyone is ok.
Just back from Sada with my mum and we got caught in a downpour. She had a new white t shirt on and ended up looking like she had been in a wet t shirt competition. Haven't laughed so much in ages, she was mortified :rotfl:
We also saw about 8 staff follow a woman (about 60 years old) outside. As soon as they stopped her she said "oh dear, you've caught me. I've been rather foolish" she started turning out some clothes from her handbag. Her poor husband looked completely stunned. I really don't get some people honestly

    Happy Friday everyone

Went to Bruce Springsteen concert at Coventry last night. I still have ringing in my ears and a smile on my face but, please someone, tell me how I can feel so tired - all I did was queue for 8 hours and shout, scream and clap for 3 hours - when did I get so old?

Hope everyone is doing well with their new eating regime (have decided to call it this because everyone I know says "oh, another fad diet, can't be good for you - as if being four stone overweight is good for me)

    Pauline

I am so jealous. I love love love Bruce!!!
