Going back a few years (1998 to be precise) ex OH and I were buying our house, all set to move according to our solicitor at the end of May. It was Easter monday (mid April), we were shopping at the Mall in Bristol and unbelievably so we bumped into the vendors in GAME (I think that was the shop's name, I usually refer to it as HELL, anyway I digress).

Them: Ooh all set for the end of the month?
Us: Er no hahaha you mean next month
Them: No end of April, we've booked everything, onward chain blah blah blah
Us: No end of May, we're renting and haven't given notice yet
All: Oh No (it would have been a bit stronger than that if there weren't so many children around). You can imagine the conversations we had with our respective solicitors the next working day. Bunch of buffoons. :mad:
