Good advice, QoC. Can I add a couple of things? Firstly, wear the same clothes when you weigh yourself and remember as QoC says, body weight does fluctuate. You will always be a few lbs lighter in the morning.

    All advice welcome :D

I think I need to change my weigh in times for next week - I currently weigh at night before I go to bed andI'm getting far too much variation . This is my first week and I'm only part way through it - started with a Fast day on Monday and another one today. I have stuck rigidly with 500 cals but my weight tonight is the same as it was on Sunday night - and I know from past experience that if I had just cut down to around 1200 calories, my weight WOULD have been down by 1 - 2 lb.

However, my morning weights have dropped several pounds and I think that the increased water intake is skewing the night weights. By the time I've drunk at least 1 1/2 litres of water my body weight is up at night regardless of how little I have eaten. By morning (after I've got up 3 or 4 times to widdle) my weight will be showing a steady decrease.

I'll carry on with night weights for the rest of the week and take my weight on Sunday night to compare with last Sunday night and treat this week as a trial. Then I'll start again on Monday morning using my morning weight.

[...]I popped into M [...]. It's I]sic[/I seems there is not much, if anything, that has expired from my last list [...]. [...]

:hello: Well, FLW (famous last words). There was an absolute load of change in M tonight, particularly the wines section but some elsewhere as well. Indeed, I seemed to spend ages in the wine section, near the beginning of the check (aka in-depth collection;)), and felt I was never going to get to any of the other places in the store. Phew!!:rotfl:I managed it all though... and must have got my list into some order as I came out and the time hadn't clicked as much as last week.

I had no frustration with the Dolmios this week, but the wines...!:)

It appears yesterday, when I did a quick whip round, I was looking at the big picture;) but didn't notice the detail. This time, today, I did the in-depth detail - and the detail involved quite a bit of changes in prices/offers. Of course, that detail adds together to make the overall picture and, going from the detail first, it's more change in the overall than what I saw yesterday. I'm waffling...:rotfl::rotfl:

So...some highlights? Well...bloody sweets and biscuits to start with:rotfl:.

Swizzels Giant Love Hearts (multipack of 4) are now 60p - I think until 7/7 - seem to have missed the detail there:o in getting detail of wider things (more items in total, and detail on each one). So equivalent of 15p for a pack seems quite good. I think they were last on this offer just before I gave you my very first M list on these threads, and then went up to £1.20.

Fox's Rocky - Chocolate or Caramel or Ltd Ed. Double Choc Orange (assuming the last one of these is avail. in A) - have hit my trigger price of 79p. £1.00 last week (no good), now 79p on another flash - only until 24/6 according to the label. I suspect next week they will be at £1.59. Or else they will be at £1.00 with a crossed out £1.59.

The equiv of A's SP Fruit & Nut Chocolate bar is now on bogof (but hesitating about that, as it applies only to the Fruit & Nut). Cadbury's 360g Milk, Whole Nut or Fruit & Nut is at £1.99 but I'm no longer putting it in after tasting A SP Milk Chocolate and never looking back since:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

Elsewhere in M, there's some Discovery Jalapenos (200g) at £1 until 7/7. The Muller 6 pack though - £1.94 - seems to have moved from one set of them to another. Also in the event of a glitch, there's Attrixo Enriched Moisturising Cream 100ml at £1.74 (which I also noticed yesterday but forgot about).

    Frijj milkshakes still 50p each.

I've looked for the Fruit Juices in M after seeing the multibuys in A not picked up a day or so ago. I have the varieties - which may or may not be picked up by the APG:( - the 1Ls are at £1.00 or any 3 for £2.50 in M. Details will appear on 'the list'.

Turning to Weight Watchers products, there are some 4pack muffins at £1 for those (outside N.I.) who missed vs T at that price recently.
The fresh ready meal Weight Watchers have been on any 2 for £4 and still are - so this may be helpful if you have WW MOCs, though this wasn't mentioned earlier as you're having to buy two (my preferred offer, which would have triggered an early mention, would have been £2 for one). Sorry no details of exact products as it's still too high for most and banking on MOCs - I did have details of the WW ready meals on here several months ago and it won't have changed from whatever that was.

Some WW frozen ready meals too, at £1.00 (300g-320g). Here details of which ones have been taken. I also briefly thought it was about time I got a comprehensive list of Savers frozen ready meals (mainly 400g) to see if any were worthwhile compared from A. I had that brief thought, then I thought perhaps leave it to next week, then I found myself taking details of every single Frozen Savers ready meal product:rotfl::T. Numbers to be crunched fairly soon - A might already be more than 10% cheaper.

Finally, lastly but not least, I've got some Heinz Mum's Own 230g at £1.00 each and Hipp Organic 230g at £1.06 each - to be checked to see if worth it - and if they are, details will appear on 'the list'. If not, they won't.

And lots more - it's hard to give a summary (hard for me anyway;):rotfl::rotfl:). And...:j:j:jI managed to have the rest of the week off work - booked some time ago - seem to have missed the good weather so may as well spend more of the time indoors (if it does brighten up - or even if not - I'll be in and out) but here begins the marathon updating session...:rotfl:(After a few more posts of explanation of what's happening to the list perhaps.)

So, I'm sure you'll all indulge me the seeming (but non-intended) anti-socialness while I continue and continue without distraction (it's not that. I don't mean you people are distracting - you know what I mean, just merely concentrating on that as the way to get it all done). And then it'll be done and I'm come and have a chat and post things with you all:T:j:j.

You're not doing yourself any favours weighing yourself daily or more!

Follow QoC after first wee on a morning :D over a day or three there will be fluctuations ;) but week in week out you will lose weight if you are using common sense :T:T
