Pretty sure that the crumpets are on offer in co-op for 50p at the mo. I could be wrong though
QoC crumpets SHOULD not be on your agenda right now. (can't do it but imagine a finger wagling thing here!):rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
If you're doing pro points with WW don't you get 49 extra points per week or something similar? They will be taken off each days allowance IYSWIM eg 200 calories less per day to allow you 1400 floating.
Also WW points calculations don't only take calories into account but also protein, fat and fibre content. Higher fat foods have more points than lower fat with the same calories. WW encourages you to eat low fat, high protein and fibre foods by giving them a lower points value.
So it is possible both are right
Thank you, you confirmed what I ended up thinking. I'm going to stick with MFP but use WW as a back up if I need it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. Good thanks!
I've got some excellent leads to chase up, IT system is pretty standard so not confused by anything there.... People nice enough.
The stories are truly horrific. That's true crime for ya. The terrible thing is the more you do it, the easier it is to leave at work so I haven't been too bothered so far. Definitely not for the faint hearted though.Debt free 6th December 2014

Lots of skin care type products were on a 3 for 2 offer in S today. I don't know whether the clever people will be able to do anything with this.0
