PPI claim after IVA
Options
Hi I'm new to the forum and I hope I'm posting this to the right forum, but can someone help? I completed an IVA almost 2 years ago but during the course of the IVA I tried to claim PPI back from the Halifax. I received a letter from them saying they agreed they owed me £5,300 but would deduct it from my IVA. However, they did not deduct it. As they have agreed they owed it to me (and I have the letter to prove it), does anyone know if I can try to re-claim the money?
