Claiming PPI after IVA

Hi, I'm new to the forum but I hope someone can help me with this. I completed an IVA almost 2 years ago but during the course of the IVA I tried to claim PPI back from the Halifax. I received a letter from them saying they agreed they owed me £5,300 but would deduct it from my IVA. However, they did not deduct it. As they have agreed they owed it to me (and I have the letter to prove it), does anyone know if I can try to re-claim the money?

I think it unlikely you'll receive any money personally in the circumstances you describe.
