First national bank ppi claim

Hi there can any one help me
I had a loan with first national plc quite a few years ago
and I re-mortgaged and the loan got paid of.
The only paper work I can find is a letter from the solicitors
Saying where the money went which was to first national and the
Woolwich who was my mortgage provider.
I think I had to have payment protection on the loan with first national to get the loan so I think I might have a claim.
The problem I can see is first national no longer exists and I haven't.
any account numbers.
Can any one help. Eddie

If they no longer exist, and you have no documentation to show you had it, your complaint is over.
