                    hi guys,
i have my first problem with an ebay purchase.
i purchased an sd card from a u.s seller on march 17th,i paid there and then via paypal with postal insurance.
the seller then mails me saying it was out of stock at the minute,so i thought ok thats fine.
i then get a mail saying it has been dispatched on the 25th march.
it is now 20th april and the item has still not arrived,i have mailed the seller various time asking either for the tracking number or for them to check to see where the item is.
all they do is send me there faq page and no other response.
i then filed a item not recieved complaint(chargeback)on 17th april.
the seller then filed a item not payed complaint on 18th april???even though i have payed over a month ago via paypal???
which could give me an unpaid strike on my account, even though i have done nothing wrong?
can anyone tell me what this seller is upto as i have proof that i have paid via paypal?
arhhhhhhhhhhhh..........all i want is my item or a refund! why are some ebayers so unhelpful and ignorant!!!!!

You can appeal an unpaid item strike via Ebay. Post the Paypal trasaction reference number in the response to the unpaid item dispute, saying you have paid and then contact Ebay when you get the strike.
However If you paid correctly via Paypal from Ebay checkout then the seller should not be able to file an unpaid item dispute on that item.0

            thanks richto.

i also have all the e-mails from this seller even 1 saying that my item has been dispatched!
so why dispatch my item when they say i havent paid??? lol.0

He may be saying you havnt paid on the basis of your complaint meaning that Paypal will put an immediate stop on the funds used for your purchase. They take forever to remove the stop too...
You will still win an appeal but you will probably get a non paying strike first.
Make sure you leave NFB Saying something like *** GOODS NEVER RECEIVED - SELLER NOT INTERESTED ***
But only AFTER your Paypal case is resolved.
nb - If your seller was dumb enough (most Americans are) to use the standard US surface postage service then it might take up to 60 days for the item to reach you...
I have to say that Americans are one of the worst type of customers I have to deal with for being generally ignorant and unpleasant to sell to - beaten perhaps only by Israelis.0
