Thompson's 10 Year Roof Seal

I've been quoted £220 to apply Thompson's 10 Year Roof Seal to around 6m of valley that is currently leaking. I was told the materials would cost around £100 and that it would take about an hour and a half. £80 an hour seems quite expensive for labour. Any thoughts?

Well it won't last 10 years trust me. What kind of valley is it? Sealing and coating doesn't last, renewing does.
