is it possible to use overseas properties to get a uk mortgage? we r a family of 5 in need of space.our uk home has deceased in value by 180k and we r almost in neg equity. we have 2 holiday homes paid in full valued at 170k ......my husband refuses to sell them as the property market where we live is in such a state he thinks they are the better investment.he is right but meanwhile we need to move!
No more toys til Xmas 2022 , mfw 2023 challenge , Trying to not waste food , time or money and appreciate the moment more!
