Just doing some homework and thought I would ask....
Is there any nice places to spend a few hours near New Romney in Kent dog friendly?
We have English heritage passes.
I have been reading about the Romney miniature railway that take dogs? If I can persuade our dog to get on. To big to carry.
Thanks

To be fair, had you have written "dogs on holiday in New Romney, Kent", you may not have had so many "views" because the subject is more specific but with a subject like "dogs on holiday", which is pretty vague, lots of ppl may have read your post thinking they could help you.
This isn't an attack but in future, if you make the subject line more specific, you may get advice and not just "views".0 -

Thanks.
I have been looking around the web. I think Sissinghurst castle garden, Kent It is National trust and has a series of diffrent gardens.
Best of all they take a dog on lead.
A few walks along Romney sands.
It is so difficult with a dog as all attractions need to be outdoors. We cannot leave him behind :0)The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0 -
hi
We had a dog until last summer and must admit we found visiting relations in kent difficult in the summer - most beaches were no dogs, and many of the parks were no dogs too...
we used to always do haven campsites as dogs are allowed on the beach at most haven sites...
we did find one beach in kent that took dogs in summer but it was not the best beach in the area .... will try and remember the name....it did have a pub with a beer garden above it on the cliff.....
