We have been renting this house since 2008, it was only built and originally sold in 2007. Now we have agreed to buy the house from the landlord for a good price.
Do you think it would be beneficial to still do a Homebuyers report or would people only do it on houses they do not know?

Well presumably as it's been built so recently it comes with a warranty such as NHBC, which is hopefully transferable, in which case any new issue that comes to light in the next few years should be covered anyway.0
