Been with this co. for a good few years now, decided to have a look around to see if there's a better deal! During my research using energyhelpline I discovered that new customers can get £60 cash back, not being a new customer I phoned them for a ring back, I asked if I could have £60 cash back as a reward for loyalty, flatly refused, as expected so I went on to explain that I'm not happy subsidising new customers and have now voted with my feet! (well keyboard). On the move to Sainsbury's energy saving £11 PA WOW. But it wasn't about the saving in the end!
