    But they were not even going to offer me 5% on in credit amounts.

    Why not? Everyone gets 5% AER on up to £2.5K for the first 12 months on their first FlexDirect, provided they have 2 DDs and pay in £1K a month. As advertised.

    When where you told you would not get 5%? What reasons were you given? What alternative interest arrangements were you offered?
