Can anyone help me find affordable Proffessional Indemnity Insurance? I work for myself and want to be covered.

    Littlevoice is barking up the right tree. People like solictors and architects get their cover through insurance schemes, organised through trade bodies.

    If you are not a member of one, an insurance broker is your best bet. It is a common enough situation and they will be able to approach the insurers for quotes.

    I am not aware of any firms who do this cover over the phone or internet but happy to be proven wrong.

    Chartered Institute of Management, Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Institute of Leadership and Management amongst others will advertise organisations offering possibly preferential rates.

    I am a consultant, not computers, and not a member of any professional body. Thanks for all your advice I will contact a financial adviser, i have an independent one, hopefully she can help. I am just a little worried that my work could cause some issues if miss used.
