Tax certificates for Santander 123 account

Faced this issue myself recently. They don't seem to have a button to request this report. However, they do produce an Account Summary e-Document in April or May each year and this provides the required information.

Yes, it usually arrives in the middle of May each year. I used to get them in the post as well but this seems to have stopped.

They issue them by 31/5 on request via the messaging service in your online account.
They aren't tax certs, but statements of annual interest, which should be quite adequate for a tax return.
