How do MBNA pay you after a success claim?

just got a letter back saying my claim was succesfull anyway my card is longer in use but do have a £300 debt on the card how do they usually pay you says payment within 28 days.

  • Have had a couple successful claims with them

    #1 was a cheque - acc was closed though

    #2 - also a cheque - acc is still open with no arrears etc

    If you have arrears on the card then these will normally be cleared prior to ant cheque being issued.

    I got a cheque, it turned up 3 days after the settlement letter which had said upto 28 days.
