DVLA information request WITHIN 28 days

I reciently overstayed my welcome in a supermarket car park and my details were requested from the DVLA. I got no parking ticket on the window just a notifacation through the post. I read the article below which out lines that your details can only be requested from the DVLA within 28 days of a ticket being issued.

At the bottom of this article it suggested that if the information was requested withing 28 days of the ticket being issued.

Does anyone know if there is any such timelines when a firm uses ANPR cameras?

Ok for ANPR tickets within england or wales its 14 days that the invoice be with you , otherwise it's in breach of the bpa code of practice. So which company is it? And does meet the above criteria ?
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Not just a breach of BPA CoP but necessary to comply with POFA 2012 if the keeper of the vehicle is to be chased for the unpaid parking charge. When parking events are noted remotely e..g. by CCTV & no Notice To Driver is left on the car then the Notice To Keeper must be received within 14 days counting from the day after the event. That's received not just dated or post marked & it's 14 days elapsed time with no allowance for weekends or Bank Holidays.

Challenge it (soft appeal written in the third person) and then appeal to POPLA (a strong appeal with forum help) as I outlined here in post #20 just now:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4651811

and there are more examples of how to word a challenge for each stage on loads of other threads too. WE WIN AT POPLA so do not word it yourself at that stage.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
