Burglar alarm scantronic 9000 series

Hi there, anyone know how to fix my alarm. Its a Scantronic 9000 series. I set the alarm to leave the premises with all the doors shut inside . I get the beeb beeb beeb noise . Anyway, normally open the front door and that beeb beeb would stop and become one long note an then it would switch off , alarm set. Well unfortunately, my alarm just keeps going beeb beeb beeb . Also on the panel I have noticed that the P and E lights alternate flashing. Therefore, the alarm goes off whilst trying to set it. Any ideas please . Thanks.

P - Panic Alarm button tamper or wiring
E - Entry sensor tamper or wiring.

Check the wiring to the Panic Alarm buttons (usually near the door) and also the door contact above your main entry/exit door.

    As said above.

P is the personal attack button wiring or tamper, if you don't want the pa button link out the connections in the panel, however going into the panel will set the tamper alarm off so you need to know the reset code if you have a tamper alarm.

The E is the entry exit wiring or contact, most likely to be the door contact itself, easy to swap to rule it out and cost a few quid if that.
