I did evrything asked for for this deal, but me or my friend never got the call. Did we do something wrong? How did you receive the voucher?

my daughter did this ,got an email, clicked on a link ,it then connected her to the internet and took £1 off her credit balance

I this a couple of days ago, but only got round to attempting to print off the voucher today - and got this message

Interesting. I signed up and got the texts and the call today and just printed my voucher. I didn't have the option to use my phone, nor any discernable way to get the voucher posted to me. I tried to use the contact us to tell them my printer wasn't working but it wouldn't submit, so I went through the faff of setting up the printer and installing the coupon thing and it printed fine.

Maybe I didn't have a problem because I loaded the voucher before you, and used up one of the last few, even though I tried to print it after you'd said they'd run out?

Tried to print this morning, after hanging for ages it said my printer wasn't supported which was odd. Anyway cue me faffing for over an hour and I gave up as I had to go to work.

I tried to 'give feedback' but as per pomdren above, it would not let me submit the form. I tried about 8 times to fill the form in from scratch and each time the submit button didn't.

Couldn't see anyway else of getting in contact with anyone so thought I'd leave it till I got home tonight and on reading here to see if anyone else has the same problem.........it now looks like I just missed out

I've got a voucher by text, but my local Londis store does not accept any vouchers of any kind due to the fact that it can take up to 1 year to get reimbursed.
