Sounds like she should have typed in the link on a computer and not tried to access it on a phone.

Is she on a PAYG phone? Some price plans have a flat rate of £1 per day for web access so even if you're only on the Internet for 5 seconds and view just one page you'll be charged £1.

Btw handy hint if you have issues printing vouchers due to software problems.

Install 'Greenshots' which is a free screenshot program (as used by Siemens to replace a very expensive commercial offering). You can 'grab' the image of the coupon by pressing 'PrtScrn' (see, it does have a use after all!!), selecting the area you want to capture, then importing into 'MSPaint' (or any other paint program) & hey presto!!, you can now print it off without any hassle.

Or you can do this anyway without installing any program by just pressing the 'print screen' button and posting into paint...
