It has their reference which starts EGG and then it has RE:Your Account written with numbers which don't bear any resemblance to the ones I put on the claim form.0

Just an update on whats happened.
I wrote CSO a letter and added two new claim forms with updated details.
The same day I sent them a letter dropped through the door from Barclaycard saying CSO had forwarded claims to them for CRP(good of them)
A few days later I received another letter from CSO with an earlier CC number they are looking into.
Today I received redress letter for the two loans.
Was pretty quick and painless and didn't even receive a phone call during investigation.
