Wondering if anyone has had this problem?
The Soney bravia tv is my daughers, last week she switched it on and all the BBC channels had disappeared, saying no service stored. The first channel showing is ITV ch 3. (the freeview is butilt into the tv). We have unplugged it, retuned or whatever its called (its automatic retune when you click onto the screen). Not sure what else to try, please does anyone have any ideas. The TV is about 4 years old and we have never had any problems before
Thanks

Unplug the aerial and retune, it will then clear everything and of course will not be able to pick up anything. Plug aerial back in and do a full retune. This is the usual method of sorting these glitches. The other alternative is to do a manual tune where you tell the tv which channels to tune into, the ones you need can be found here http://www.ukfree.tv/transmitters.php0
