Who/wheredo i report peopel who let their dogs mess outside on the pavement and then leave it? Theres a family up our road who no matter who it is, mother, daughter or brother, let their dog mess anywhere in the street, and just walk off brazenly :mad::mad:
Who to or how do i report them, so that they stop?
Thanks

I would suggest you try the Council (Environmental Dept possibly); they would hopefully deal with it for you.

Dog Warden might do something too.0

Take a look at your local Council's website. Should be able to give you the information you need.0

A little tip for you. Get some diluted jayes fluid in a spray bottle and use this to spray around your gate and the pavement. I had this problem ( and yes I am a dog owner that cleans up) but since doing this once a week, the local loose dogs wont go near my bit. Got rid of the ants as well which is a bonus.
The only way to get anything done is to get photos of said dogs doing their erm, crap and show the dog warden.RIP TJ. You my be gone, but never forgotten. All great suggestions so far. Plus why not record them doing it? Most smartphones have a video app. If you know who it is and they're brazen about it, then record them. Smile and wave as you do so."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

I have the same problem, it's the same person every day, we have asked him to pick it up but he claims to have forgotten his bag to which I offered him one! He said he would come back with one, he didn't! I have reported it to our council "streetpride" dept and they put fine notices up wow, and said they would send someone to try n catch them, but seeing as dept only works between 8 & 4 and he appears with his dog at 7 & 6 they will never catch him!! I have tried to record him doing it but not that easy will find out where he lives and post the stuff back to him lol! I am amazed how little some people have pride in where they live, don't get me started on littering!!

Get a shovel ready and once the deed has been done, shovel up the warm pile and follow them home. Put said steaming pile on their doorstep. My dear old dad God rest him did this often, and the piles soon stopped xRIP TJ. You my be gone, but never forgotten. You should eat a dodgy vindaloo and relieve yourself on their doorstep... a nice stinky runny one!

Good luck - report it til the cows come home - nothing will get done.
We have a park across the road from us and there are multiple signs saying don't feed the birds and every morning about 3 ladies come and tip their food scraps out - pasta, meat, veggies - awful - and the council still allow it to happen, even though we've sent in piccies.
OH walks our dog over there and he got challenged by a dog warden once who was the other side of the park with a pair of binoculars. Dog hadn't messed, only wee'd, binoculars too weak to pick up what had been done. Plus OH showed the bag mountain we carry with us to pick up.
When OH said how pleased he was to see the dog warden there, the dog warden said it was a one off they do once a year and should OH not have collected the poo, he'd only have been given a warning, not a fine.
If you want something done, then it's a shovel or jeyes fluid.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Report it to the dog warden/environmental health dept with as much information as you can. (It sounds like in this instance you have all the information they need.)
If they don't do anything about it then complain like hell. Local Councillor, MP, Local Press. Shame them into enforcing the laws that are there!0
