Have been very ill.
Latest news is that PCM have sold my 'debt' to a debt collection agency whom are threatening to take me to Court.
I am getting 40/50 phone calls per day from the debt collections agency.
May aswell just have paid the parking fine in the first place.
So what happened when you appealed and then what did you do when you got a POPLA code? Did you miss your POPLA deadline due to illness?
What happened when you sent a letter before action to the owner of the retail park (contact details available from trubster of course). If you are too late for POPLA you are not too late to turn the screw on the retail park owners, which trubster did to his advantage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry but even the most useless debt collectors don't phone 40/50 times a day. Get a grip pls.
Why in earth would you pay? Pcm won't take you to court. You just need to ride out the threatening lettersProud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0 -
I am getting 40/50 calls per day, whether you think I am making it up or not.
As I said, PCM have sold the debt on to a debt collector0 -
To the so called Debt recovery agency:
"any debt is denied, you must now refer this matter back to your client, any further calls from you on this matter will be taken to be harrasment "From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
Which debt collector is calling you 50 times a day,
I find tht very hard to believe as ive dealt with some real pondlife collectors and even they never called tht amount....Proud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0 -

Don't be ridiculous. Look at trubster's latest success here at Meadowhall:

Do I have to spell it out? Trubster is a legend. The first time he got compensation for harassment paid to him and it was more than £149!! NO-ONE would just pay the stupid thing when I have given you the info you need to simply follow what trubster did. Why not send him a private message for the email contact details of the managing agent, some info about what to say, and some moral support? You simply follow his email success, it is NOT TOO LATE to get the managing agent to call these dogs off.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Its not too late to write to the owners of the car park, they may well be able to stop this.
Can you prove you were ill? If so POPLA have the power to accept late appeals in "exceptional circumstances", if you were so ill as to not be able to submit your appeal it's worth contacting them and explaining this along with evidence of your illness.0 -

Nearly all debt collectors use automated diallers and that brings them under OFCOM regulations. If you're getting that many calls then the debt collection agency are breaking the regulations and should be reported to OFCOM.0
