staff store card

Hi,I have a staff store card which I took out sometime in the 90s it was then run by GE Capital,and then a few years ago Santander took over,have I got a good chance of claiming from both companies.

Be interested in these replies as I have at a guess the same card but I'm not aware of any PPI on it how can you tell if you are paying it?0

The chances of Santander upholding anything from a store card sold prior to January 2005 are practically nil, or you'd better have an excellent reason.
What tends ot happen is you complain to Santander, they refuse you, you go to the FOS, they tell you who the underwriter was, you complain to the underwriter, you may or may not be successful.
You can tell if you're paying it as it'll be a separate payent each month on top of any interest called 'cover' or 'protection' or something similar.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
