I've seen a few out there like EZBOB and Kabbage can anyone recommend the best one for businesses just starting out?

How much do you need and what for? Perhaps we can help with the wider question.
Either way though I suspect that you will find it difficult to get any kind of startup loan for an 'eBay business' as it is a harsh business environment on there with alerts from the far east and hobby sellers undercutting many sane business models0 -
