Thanks Kazza.Been with HSBC(Midland) since a teenager, too many years i care to remember!! They have a branch opposite where i work, but i do all my banking online. However they are useful for withdrawing money and for any queries.Have never had any problems with them and, apart from the Isa rate, which used to be good but has been poor last few years, that is why hubby and I transferred out,I am impressed with their other rates.
Website SO easy to use.Have just opened the online saver.Took about 2 minutes!!I think not being able to withdraw money without losing interest is a very good way of saving!! makes you think twice!!0
