In the process of ppi claims
I have kept my old paperwork but sadly it is hidden in the eves of the roof as last year we had a attic conversation. So,, please can somebody answer the following for me. Thanks
1. I require my account number from Lloyds TSB. I had the loan back in 2001 and I was in my old house and my maiden name.
How do I go about proving who I am to get the information. Do I go into a local branch?? If so what paperwork would they require
Many thanks

You send them a SAR and £10 - see the front page sticky. Give them as much information about yourself as you can. They may ask for proof of address or name change.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

It's a Subject Access Request where you request the company to send all the information they have about you. There's a template in the sticky on the front page - but leave out the part about proving that documents have been destroyed, they don't have to comply with that part.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
