What websites offer the same terms as LondonTown.com

Hey..
I am looking for somewhere to stay in London on 28th June on a tightish budget.
I was hoping to find something through the london town price match but although I can find lots of cheaper hotels I'm struggling to find any sites that let you pay when you depart (ie pay the hotel direct) and that have the same cancellation policies. What sites let you book direct and cancel up until the day without charge?
If anyone has any other cheap accomodation ideas let me know.

well actually I've found a few on the same terms and cheaper but they're advance purchase ones and I don't want to take the risk.0

This Price Promise is set up so that Londontown.com never have to pay it.
There's such a variery of factors to meet to satisfy their T&C's that it would be almost impossible to match.
I made a booking and then found the same hotel elsewhere at a significantly lower price and with a better package (the other website included breakfast in the deal) and I therefore made a claim. It was, however, turned down as the cancellation terms differed.0
