if you sign up for the weekend membership then does this mean the first month free trial will limit you to weekend membership too?

The membership type chosen is the same for the first month regardless of offer. If you are going to be cancelling however it makes sense to go for the peak membership, that way you can use it as and when to your hearts content.

I really like the gym I signed up with and having seen Martin's newlsetter today, I think LA Fitness have got themselves a new full time member :)

is it in all LA fitness or just certain ones? 10 for 20 quid sounds too good to be true.

My local (in London) is selling 10 guest passes for £60 (or 5 for £30). I will have to check the muncipal centres, but I imagine they are better rates than £6 a visit. LA Fitness's standard day rate is £10 a visit, btw.

Also, remember, it's about time to cancel for the July-ers ;)

Just a reminder that tomorrow is the latest you can cancel your membership if you do not want to enter into a 12month contract with your gym of choice.

If anyone signed up for August just for the free trial, today is the last cancel without being charged.

Unbelievably, this offer seems to have been extended to September! Has anyone tried signing up again for another month after cancelling?
