Credit Card Paid Off

Hello.
Eight months ago I paid off my card through an agency that my bank had collecting on my behalf, the balance was €2000 which as stated is fully clear now.
My MasterCard is still active on my online account but states a balance of 0 and credit limit of 0 also I do not have the card anymore.
I wondered is there a possibility of my bank re issuing my card again with perhaps a limit lower and more within my means.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

You should probably ask the bank?

I doubt many of us here have experience with that sort of thing from a, presumably, European bank, but from a UK bank the answer would almost certainly be no. If its gone to an agency, the debt has been sold on.
