Hi folks,
I got a message to update the firmware on my Samsung ace GT 55830i phone and initially it said no enough space on phone to download the update. I uninstalled amazon app store and it then seemed to download ok.
The big problem is now when the phone rebooted it seems to have got stuck at 46% when installing.
I have tried everything but can't make any headway.
It did have antivirus installed, very little apps, so don't think a virus is in the mix here.
Your advice very much appreciated.
Thanks a lot

some devices recommend a flash wiper which involves wiping and testing ram storage, before upgrading. You need to google your device and update methods

Thanks for reply.
Well pleased to say that finally after a few attempts it has finally upgraded the firmware now.
maybe the cpu is very slow in that phone and I wasn't patient and waiting long enough.
I don't know.
At least its working.
Thanks again
