Parking Charge Notice

A Parking Charge Notice was stuck on a car I am the registered keeper of.

The alleged contravention is overstaying in a Private Pay and Display car park. The signs don't state that they are BPA AOS members but on checking they are members.

What is the conventional wisdom? Should the driver appeal now or should I await the NTO?
I have a cunning plan!
Proud to be dealing with my debts.

Wait for the notice to keeper, then if in England or Wales you could appeal it, and if rejected go to popla with our help to get this cancelled. Which company by the way ?

We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

PCN Parking Services (a trading style of Roxburghe (UK) Ltd.) acting on behalf of Car Parking Management (Cumbria) (a trading style of Northern Europarks Ltd.)

So this makes 3 of these on the go here now.

Notice to Owner or Notice to Keeper? And is it from CPM, or PCS or other third party?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK so it's time for your first challenge, like the links here:

Easy stage for you to do, the only important thing is to make at least one appeal point (signage maybe, and/or no loss) but without implying who was driving.
