Completed IVA & PPI

I know this area is not clear, and hoped that someone might be able to let me know what I should be looking for in my IVA arrangement taken out in 2009.

All it says regarding assets, is that I confirm I have no other assets other than those listed,(I was not aware of the PPI back then) and that there are no other assets that we wish to exclude.

Does this one line mean that any PPI refunds will be claimed by the creditors? I understand that its a fair old fight to get PPI after an IVA - and not sure how much energy I have for it...not after the last few years anyway. Advice gratefully recieved.

There should be something about whether your IVA is an all assets IVA or a defined one, if it is an all assets one then PPI will be captured.
