Mortgage Question

Hi guys
I have been paying my mortgage for the last 4 years, I'm looking to upgrade my property somewhat however after coming out of a divorce quite recently money is low.
My mortgage is with RBS at the moment.
Can I or anyone for that matter request money that has been paid on their mortgage to do the place up?
Hope this makes sense!

No your question doesn't make sense.
Also it may be better on the mortgages board.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

You'll find that unfortunately if you had a high LTV mortgage you've probably built up very little equity and the money you've paid in has been going towards interest, the first years of a mortgage are not good for equity.
Remortgaging is what you should be looking at.0
