If you bought it prior to January 2005, they weren't regulated. If they went bust after January 2005 you can go to the FSCS but not if it went bust before.
Have a search on google for Reg Vardy and PPI and you'll find you're not alone.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
I think you've had it. The FOS and the FSCS won't touch it because it was prior to regulation, and sold prior to regualtion.
The only thing you can try is to complain to the underwriters but that's an almost zero chance, and you'll have to find out who they were too.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
