3rd letter from anpr

Just got my 3rd letter from ANPR today titled notice of intent, with a red sticker from debt recovery plus ltd, saying they will instigate court proceeding if I don't pay. Advice please?!

Assuming this is over a private parking charge, await the court summons then if it ever turns up come back for more advice0

Yeah I am in the same boat - I tossed the last letter got from them but i'm pretty sure it said 'Notice of Intended Court Action' too.
My question though is can they take me to court?0 -

What are the chances - probably less than the square root of FA.
No evidence of any ANPR court activity that I'm aware of.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
