TERMS & CONDITIONS
The entrant is required to ‘Like’ the Sudocrem Skin Care Cream Facebook page and enter their details into the contest application named ‘WIN With Sudocrem Skin Care Cream’ when prompted in order to enter the sweepstake contest. For a period of 3 months (13th June 2013 to 30th August 2013), every 2 weeks a sweepstake contest will be live and entries invited. Please note that Forest Laboratories UK Ltd reserve the right to cancel contests throughout this period.
The acceptance, disqualification or deletion of contest entries, without explanation or prior notification is entirely at the discretion of Forest Laboratories UK Ltd.

2013 ‘WIN With Sudocrem Skin Care Cream’ Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase necessary.
2. The contest is open to all citizens of the United Kingdom aged 14 years or over. Employees of Forest Laboratories UK Ltd and their families or households are not eligible to enter.
3. Details of how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. All prizes are non-transferable. There is no cash or prize alternative.
5. All out of pocket expenses other than those specified are the responsibility of the Contest Winners.
6. The prizes are as described on www.facebook.com/SudocremTube from Thursday 13th June 2013. 7a. Entries must be submitted via www.facebook.com/SudocremTube and entry is restricted to one per person. The acceptance, disqualification or deletion of contest entries, without explanation or prior notification is entirely at the discretion of Forest Laboratories UK Ltd. But as a guide late, illegible, incomplete, defaced, inappropriate or corrupt entries will not be accepted. Suitable winning entries must first ‘Like’ the official Sudocrem Skin Care Cream page (www.facebook.com/SudocremTube) to access the contest app, then complete contact details when prompted. 7b. There is no restriction on entrants entering every time the contest refreshes (fortnightly). For dates of contests see point 9. 7c. Entrants who ‘share’ the contest will be given ‘double entry’ into the sweepstake and therefore double their chance of winning.
7. Any material that breaches copyright is offensive, defamatory or breaches any UK laws will be immediately removed and disqualified from the contest. Disqualification of entrants is at the discretion of Forest Laboratories UK Ltd and final.
8. All entries must be received by 11.59pm on the following dates:

Friday 21st June 2013 Friday 5th July 2013 Friday 19th July 2013
Friday 2nd August 2013
Friday 16th August 2013 Friday 30th August 2013

1. The Contest Winners be announced within 3 days of the closing date of the contests and prizes sent shortly afterwards.
2. Forest Labs UK Ltd will randomly select 5 Contest Winners to receive prizes as described on the dates listed above.
3. If a selected Contest Winner does not claim their prize within 21 working days of being advised of winning via email, Forest Laboratories UK Ltd reserves the right to redraw the contest and select an alternative Contest Winner and or runner-up.
4. The Contest Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
5. First prize is a £20 Boots voucher and a tube of Sudocrem Skin Care Cream, with 4 x runners up each receiving a tube of 30gm Sudocrem Skin Care Cream. Winners will be selected at random on the dates as listed above.
6. Events may occur that render the contest itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Forest Laboratories UK Ltd and accordingly Forest Laboratories UK Ltd may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Forest Laboratories UK Ltd as a result thereof.
7. By entering the contest it will be assumed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
8. Forest Laboratories UK Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this contest with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
9. Forest Laboratories UK Ltd accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the contest or accepting the Prize.
10. The Contest will be governed by English law.
11. Forest Laboratories UK Ltd, save to the extent that disclosure might be required by law, keep confidential all information about the entrants and shall not disclose or share any information which they learn about the entrant.
