"Get Britain Working" payment?!

I signed off as self employed last week, and got a payment into my account on Tuesday for £130, which I assumed was my first payment of New Enterprise Allowance, but got a letter today saying it was a "Get Britain Working" payment for the period 3/6 - 10/6. As the NEA is £130/fortnight, I'm assuming this is a one-off payment, but a quick search doesn't really bring up anything about it - does anyone know anything about it?

If it is, in fact my NEA, then that's grand, but if it's actually an one-off extra payment then that's even better, as it can get spent on a suit and shoes for client meetings!
