Internet Order Missing, what are My rights?!

Thank you to you all, seems like i am getting some good advice!
I have had pay pal approximately 3 years and have always had different billing and shipping addresses, as being In university 5 days and then working the other 2 out the week, i could never guarantee someone being in at my billing/home address. My grandmother however is always in to take parcels at the shipping address, and Pal only asked me at the time of opening the account why there were two addresses. other than that i have never been questioned for it.
