Is there a sealant for soil pipes?

I have noticed small holes (biggest 8mm wide) at the base of our external cast iron soil pipe. The holes are at ground level.
Is there a silicone/sealant available to plug the gaps?
Many thanks for reading.

Are the holes horizontal back into the wall or vertically down into the ground?
Either way, a bag of ready-mix cement is probably your best option or if they're really tiny then a tube of oil based mastic (though if you don't have a gun, by the time you've bought the gun and tube it's probably cheaper to get a bag of ready mix!)0 -

It is not the conventional way but Gripfill will stick almost anything to anything. If your stack is dry, this can be worked to seal and repair/strengthen your pipe. It will bond to cast iron.
If your stack is plastic I would suggest clear, or colour matched, silicone sealant, ideally sanitary grade (that is fungus resistant.). Again the area must be dry. You may need to blow a hair dryer on it first!0
