Watch out for car hire add on overcharging

I've noticed with some websites that do Flight+Car Hire are picking strange times for pick up and return of the car hire to add an extra day to the cost for car hire.
'Flight
07:15 Depart London (LGW)
Arrive Xyz (XYZ) 13:20 Thu 20-Sep
14:20 Depart Xyz (XYZ)
Arrive London (LGW) 16:30 Sun 23-Sep
Car: 4-day rental
Economy Car
FIAT PUNTO 60S 1.2 or similar
Pick-up:
Thu 20-Sep-07 13:00
Drop-off:
Sun 23-Sep-07 14:00'
They don't allow you to change the car hire pick up and drop off times.
Should be a 3 day rental with 13.30 pick up and 13.00 drop off.
